1. Who we are
One Prime Limited operates the Stable Chain service, which receives deposits via licensed collection partners in Japan and delivers value to merchants by stablecoin transfer. This Policy explains how we handle personal data of merchants, their representatives, and end users.
2. Data we collect
Identity & KYC data (name, verification documents, beneficial ownership); contact & account data; financial & transaction data (bank and account details, remitter name, deposit amounts, status, fees); crypto-asset data (wallet addresses, network, transaction hashes — note that on-chain data is public and permanent); and technical data (IP address, device, access logs, cookies).
3. Why we use it
To provide and operate the Service; reconcile and match deposits; execute transfers; perform identity verification, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention; comply with legal obligations; maintain security and audit logs; and improve the Service.
4. Who we share it with
Collection partners, the custodian and blockchain networks, banks involved in deposits and returns, service providers under data-processing agreements, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers & retention
As an overseas service operating with a Japanese collection rail, personal data may be transferred across borders with appropriate safeguards. We retain data as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations, including AML record-keeping; on-chain transaction data cannot be deleted.
6. Your rights & contact
Subject to applicable law and our legal retention duties, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. We may be unable to delete data we must retain (e.g., AML records). Contact us at the address below.
